Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Start a return

Email jenairelco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address before you send your item.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help. JENAIREL covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Eligible returned items will be refunded to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
